'No' to drugs

Forty-four drug addicts have returned to normal life from the dark world.They include one advocate, 25 graduates including an MA (English), some SSC and HSC students and a police sub-inspector suspended for drug addiction. They were given a reception on Thursday by Ashru, a drug cure cantre in the town which cured them. Some of them also spoke at the function, narrating their experience. Deputy Commissioner Md. Yonusur Rahmana and SP ATM Tarek were chief quest and special guest respectively at the function, presided over by Ashrau Managing Driector Hasan Mainuddin Masud. It was also addressed by, among other, Brahmanbaria Municipal Chairman Md Hafizur Rahman Mullah Kachi.
