Satirtha Club defeated Suryadoy KC 23-17 in the opening match of the Tibet 13th First Division Handball League at the Outer Stadium handball ground yesterday.Satirtha trailed 11-9 in the first half. Badsha scored seven goals while Faruq netted five for the winners. Rafiq and Shamim scored 11 and three goals for the losers. Rafiq was adjudged best player of the match. State Minister for Forest and Environment Zafrul Islam Chowdhury inaugurated the league.
