Discussion on teachings of Prophet
The Institute of Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) held a special discussion on its premises in the city on Sunday, with Vice-Chancellor of Southern University Bangladesh Dr Muin-ud-Din Ahmed Khan as the key speaker, says a press release.Dr Khan said the key to overall development of Muslim Ummah lies in the evaluation and practice of the teachings of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) and the principles of working in his life. He said the main goal of the activities of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) was to establish social equality, social justice and mutual fraternity. He struggled hard to let humanism and humanitarian values flourish in a multi-religious society, Dr Khan added. In today's world it is important for the Muslim Ummah, particularly the leadership, to realize and follow these aspects of life, he said.
