LGED is reputed for its rural development and quick decision making, compared to the other public organizations. But what is happening in its own administration? There is nobody to look into the matter. As a result, the administration is going on as per the will of the few high-ups of LGED and powerful leaders of the party in power. They don't care about any prevailing service rules. It is a matter of great concern that incompetent junior officers and employees have been placed in important positions. The LGED decision-makers should pay due attention to the matter.
