Your decision to introduce Prepaid Cards may have brought added revenue and may have brought technology closer to a wider selection of population but its usefulness, practical utility and positive implication are marred by the fear and worries faced by parents in particular when offensive calls cannot be traced. With the recent phenomenon of school going children being the target of extortion, we urged you to reconsider and find out an alternative solution to serve the people. That is what we would expect from a good corporate citizen.
