Police arrested some 1,658 people, including two identified criminals, on various charges during their countrywide drive in last 24 hours ending at 6.00am yesterday.During the period, the law enforcers also recovered 10 firearms, 10 other weapons and 25 bullets and filed seven cases against 15 people under the Arms Act.
