And the dynasty is alive...

Everybody loves his own children. Nobody wants his child to fail. That's why we see our parents getting worried during the exams as if they are also candidates. My dad and mom always want me to be established as a successful careerist. Every guardian does! Sometimes a dad yields his job and position for his loving son. It's natural! But, this sort of paternal and maternal instincts get dangerous and sometimes disastrous(?) for a nation when the dads, moms and sons apply the instincts to politics. May be you guys are thinking that I'm bugging you. Definitely I'm not. I never do. Okay then, let me make it clear. Suppose, Mr. X is the son of a prominent political leader. His dad, Mr. Y is a well known philanthropist who has done a lot of good work. He is a famous man and people really love him. But now he wants to quit and announce X as the party leader when there are other more eligible candidates in the party. Moreover, X does not seem quite eligible to have such a prestigious position. He is quite ruffled and he may misuse power. Other members also nag and yell. But Mr. Dad remains adamant. Thus, we see the bad effect of affection. Does it necessarily mean that a politician's son must have the same leadership quality as his father ? Well, if the answer is "no", then why do we suffer from this dynasty fixation? Unfortunately, it is true that it's not a problem of a particular country. Some people say, "Politics is a dirty game". I don't say so. Politics can be a fair and noble game if noblemen play it.
