Woolmer copies Woodward

Bob Woolmer says he will try to take a leaf out of Sir Clive Woodward's book as he tries to forge Pakistan into the leading cricketing nation.

Woolmer is the new coach of the side who are joint second-favourites to win the ICC Cham-pionship Trophy.

He said: "If you read what Clive Woodward has to say it was about developing structures and conditions to make the players better.

"There are things we have to do with Pakistan before we innovate too much."

Woolmer added: "It's the same with every team -- you have to be aware of the technical limitations and build those up."
