KAFCO)Chittagong I strongly feel that it is essential to write down vehicle number at a conspicuous place inside the scooter and the taxi cab that run on hire so that the passengers can see it easily. Because, in most of the hijacking/ snatching cases, the driver of the concerned vehicle is also a party to the crime. After an incident of hijacking it is not possible to note down the vehicle number because of obvious reasons. The vehicle number would be very useful in tracking down the culprits involved in the hijacking, including the driver. Would the authorities give my suggestion a thought?
