A memorandum of under-standing to this effect was signed between the two organisations in Dhaka recently, says a press release.

Latifur Rahman, chairman and managing director of Transcom Group, and Sayeful Islam, secretary of Gulshan Society, exchanged documents on behalf of their organisations.

Under the deal, Transcom Group will initially sponsor some road signs in Gulshan area.

Abdul Muyeed Chowdhury, president of Gulshan Society, and Saifur Rahman, Atiqur Rahman, Riaz Rahman, directors of Transcom Group, and Obaidur Rahman Khan, executive director of Transcom Electronics Ltd, were present.
