New chairman of Southeast Bank
Alamgir Kabir has been elected chairman of Southeast Bank Limited recently.

Kabir, a chartered accountant, was founder advisor to Export Import Bank of Bangladesh. He also served the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a member and acted as acting SEC chairman for a period.

He started his career with Rahman Rahman & Huq in 1969, says a press release.
