Three share the lead

Saifuddin Lavlu, Debaraj Chatterjee and Shafiq Ahmed were sharing the lead with 6.5 points each after the end of the sixth round games of the Open FIDE Rating chess tournament at the federation auditorium yesterday.Mehdi Hasan Parag, Mohammed Javed, Kazi Taherul Islam, Abdur Rauf and Sabyashachi followed the leaders with 5.5 points each. In this round Lavlu drew with Shafiq, Afzal beat FIDE Master Aminul Islam, Debaraj beat Md Ali, Javed beat Khorshed, Parag beat Liza, Rauf beat Sohel and Sabyashachi beat Labu.
