Klinsmann to blame for Kahn gaffe!

German national coach Jurgen Klinsmann is to blame for goalkeeper Oliver Kahn's late error in Bayern Munich's 1-0 Champions League defeat to Juventus on Wednesday, according to Munich vice-president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. With the match in the dying seconds Kahn spilled Zlatan Ibrahimovic's shot into the path of Alessandro Del Piero to tuck in a late winner at the Olympic Stadium. "Kahn's mistake can be traced back to the national team," Rummenigge told Munich newspaper TZ. "How can the goalkeeper be relaxed and confident when he knows he is constantly being scrutinised?" Klinsmann stripped Kahn of the captain's armband on his arrival as manager and informed the Bayern custodian he had to fight it out with Arsenal's Jens Lehmann for the number one jersey. "Before Klinsmann became national coach everything was working well," added Rummenigge. "He opened up the goalkeeping debate and must now end it.
