A court in Rajbari has ordered attachment of properties of 18 alleged outlaws accused in the Pangsha thana OC murder case. The court order came after submission of charge sheet on Tuesday. The 18 face arrest warrants, issued earlier. The charge sheet was submitted after 10 months' investigation. All the accused belonging to outlawed Biplobi Communist Party (BCP), police sources said. As per the investigation, a gang known as Pairat Bahini led by 'doctor' Sagar alias Bhulu of Khoksa upazila in Kushtia district murdered Mizanur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Pangsha thana, on the night of January 31 this year. He was shot dead at Jagirkaya village in Pangsha upazila. Rajbari police said they arrested six of outlaws involved in the murder.
