It's the auspicious occasion of Eid and ntv brings a star-studded telefilm Dui Prantey to its viewers on the 3rd day of Eid at 2:30pm. Big names on the small screen such as Subarna Mustafa, Humayun Faridee and Bipasha Hayat perform as protagonists of the film while Diti makes a guest appearance. Viewers will watch the heartthrobs of two different generations--Subarna and Bipasha--on the same screen after a long interval of 15 years.The story is adapted from a foreign novel and Arun Chowdhury writes the script. This telefilm is the first directorial venture of Arif Khan, a journalist by profession. Even the background music has an element of surprise, being singer Kumar Bishwajit's maiden endeavor. So what's in store for viewers of this telefilm? The story revolves around a couple, Afsan and Sushmita, who had a love marriage. Though the couple have two children, they are unhappy with the relationship and agree to a divorce. The family members reconcile themselves to this situation and the children start living with their parents in turn. A tricky question arises when Afsan declares to marry again. This development brings Afsan and Sushmita together again. So what will happen next? For that, viewers, you have to wait till the 3rd day of Eid.
