Jatiya Party biennial council held in Magura

The biennial council of Magura district unit of Ershad led Jatiya Party was held at Asaduzzaman Auditorium here on Friday. Presided over by the unit president Khan Ziaul Haq, the council was addressed by the party secretary general and former minister ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader as chief guest while presidium members Safiul Alam Prodhan and Sheikh Showkat Hossain Nilu addressed as the special guests. The council was addressed, among others, by advocate Hasan Seraj Suja, advocate Ratan Kumar Mitra, Abdul Mannan, Mustafizur Rahman Sahin, Golam Sorwar and Khasrul Alam. A 101-member district committee of the party was also formed with Khan Ziaul Haq and Hasan Seraj Suja as its president and general secretary.
