about some improvement that our Mobile phone operators can easily effect. I totally agree with the writer. The subscribers of Grameen and Citycell can exchange SMS among themselves but a large number are using Aktel. They can't exchange SMS with Grammen or Citycell subscribers and this is really a great shortcoming. SMS is a very popular way of communicatiing & our operators should realise this fact.I hope that all the mobile phone operators in our country will take necessary steps in this respect so that we can exchange SMS with all mobile phone users.
