Alltex okays 10pc dividend
Alltex Industries Limited has approved a 10 percent dividend for its shareholders for the year that ended on June 30, 2004.The dividend was approved at the company's annual general meeting held recently in Narayanganj. Fahimuddin Ahmad Arif, managing director of the company, presided over the meeting while Imtiazuddin Ahmad Asif, deputy managing director, Md Jahangir Miah, director (Representative of ICB), and MA Mohsin, additional director, among others, were also present.
