Vanishing phones !

Too many mobile phones are being stolen these days. You can't put it in a meeting place, office, dormitory, home and still find it untouched! Once it's gone you have to undergo a lengthy process of fulfilling the legal needs. You have to inform the authorities concerned and make a general diary in a nearby police station. Finally, you have to deposit about Tk 600 for a new SIM.These are really a punishment to a phone user. Can't the law enforcers do anything to stop stealing of cell phones?
