It said in his dialogue with the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) Finance and Planning Minister M Saifur Rahman deliberated on the problems of the Annual Development Programme (ADP) utilisation and resource mobilisation and referred, amongst other things, to litigation lodged by aggrieved parties and the consequent legal process involved.

The minister was wrongly quoted in the news item as the question of judicial interference does not at all arise under the circumstances, the rejoinder said.
