India decided not to attend the Saarc summit at the eleventh hour, while Bangladesh completed all sorts of preparation.It was unwarranted and unexpected. Surprising that the former US president Bill Clinton visited Bangladesh despite security problems, but not Mr. Monmohon Singh!
