Bilia for neutral investigation

Bangladesh Institute of Law and International Affairs (Bilia) yesterday called for an independent and transparent investigation into the January 27 grenade attack that left former finance minister Shah AMS Kibria dead.The demand came from a condolence meeting organised by the Bilia. It strongly condemned the killing of Kibria, a founder member of the organisation. Dr. Kamal Hossain, Dr Reza Khan, Barrister Amir-Ul Islam, Justice KM Sobhan and Prof Quamruddin, among others, attended the meeting with Bilia President Muhammad Habibur Rahman in the chair.
