Norms and civility

Our esteemed political leaders, be in the government or in the opposition, have a sacred duty to teach better norms and civility to the countrymen.

The late SAMS Kibria's son is a highly educated and respectable citizen of this country. But the words he used to register his anger and sentiments against the Hon'ble Speaker of our Parliament have greatly injured our feelings. The speaker is very popular for his decent manners and perseverance.

I sincerely hope that all the quarters would maintain proper norms and language even when harshly criticising someone or his/her act.

If we do not pay attention to this matter, I am afraid, our future and even the present citizens would learn only to disrespect law and dishonour others.
