On the occasion, a colourful procession will be brought out from the Manik Mia Avenue at 7.30am. Physicians, officials and employees of the association will take part in the procession.

Other programmes include detecting the disease free of cost at the premises of National Museum and at different NHN centres at 8.00am, blood donation at 10.00am and question-answer session at 11.00am at Birdem.

Besides, a discussion meeting will be held at the Birdem auditorium at 4.00pm. Information Minister M Shamsul Islam will be the chief guest with association president Prof Wahiduddin Ahmed in the chair.
