Secondly, I propose that Bangladesh create the post of Deputy Prime Minister (DPM). It is an office recognised in many countries of the world such as Malaysia and the United Kingdom to train future leadership.

We know that no Prime Minister lasts forever, but we would like to have a capable Chief Executive once the current one retires. This would help cut down the size of the cabinet, with the DPM taking over many portfolios. The days of amateur politicians are over, and you need professionalism in every sector of life in the world these days.
