The admission test will begin at 10:00am.

Prof. Sadrul Amin, dean of the Arts Faculty, cancelled application forms of 325 students as they had not fulfilled the criteria set for the admission test.

Around 20,000 students will sit for the examination this year against about 2200 seats with around 9 students vying for each seat.

The seat plans for the admission test are as follows: Admit card No: 100001 to 103141 at Arts Building, 103142 to 103816 at Lecture Theatre, 103817 to 105918 at Business Studies Faculty, 105919 to 106523 at IBA, 106524 to 107111 at DU Central Library, 107112 to 107352 at Institute of Modern Language, 107353 to 107987 at IER, 107988 to 108435 at Institute of Social Welfare and Research, 108436 to 109828 at Science Annex Building, 109829 to 110039 at Micro-Biology Department, 110040 to 110424 at Computer Science Department, 110425 to 110735 at Food and Nutrition Institute, 110736 to 115939 at Curzon Hall and Science Library, 115940 to 116261 at Statistics Research Institute, 116264 to 117235 at University Laboratory School and College, 117236 to 119970 at Ideal College, 65 Central Road.

Detailed seat plan will be displayed on the notice board of the faculty of arts and respective centres.

Candidates have been asked to report to their examination halls or rooms by 9:30am.
