Flag meeting in Panchagarh today

A commander level flag meeting between BDR and BSF will held today to defuse the tension over BSFS's barbed wire fencing on no mans' land in Atwari border in Panchagarh and obstruction in reconstruction of Nagar river embankment at Barshalupara there. BDR Sector Commander Col. Kazi Kaiser Uddin and BSF Commander OP Gour will lead their respective sides at the meeting to be held near pillar no. 409/3, BDR sources said. BDR and BSF traded gun shots earlier over raising of barbed wire in the bordering area.
