South Korea's success

I came across a wonderful article in the online edition of the San Francisco Chronicle. It tells a story of the quiet technology revolution going on in South Korea in the broadband and cell/mobile phone communications technology and their tech savvy consumer habits - and how that country has surpassed the Silicon Valley (US) (my current home) - generally believed to be the world leader in these matters. All it took was vision from the South Korean government to turn the economic gloom of the late nineties into today's tech boom - only 6 or 7 years later. There are lessons to be learned for us all - especially in Bangladesh.
