The onus is on the regional political leaders, who cannot conduct politics, internally, nationally, and externally in an environment of peaceful coexistence. As an elderly citizen, I do not understand this salvo of propaganda against India for its inability to come to Dhaka. The world will not turn upside down if the meeting is held a few months later; because what is the cumulative gain so far since the inception of Saarc?

Dhaka had a surprise packet to thaw the situation? India's regional stance is too well known (bullying by Big Brother). What is Dhaka gaining by this negative publicity campaign? Set you own house in order first. We all expect transparent governance, not a burqa (veiled) regime.
