Sheer humiliation

Student politics at JU is tarnishing the image of the ruling party. Should not we assess the government party through its student wing? If the ruling party is grooming its future leaders as an uncivilised lot, the country will suffer. Is the government keeping its eye on its student front operating in the educational arena?

Let's have a glimpse. Boosted by power, they have made the JU campus a private preserve of their own. They don't even make any difference between seniors and juniors. Showing respect to the seniors has become a rare scene, which had been wholly unthinkable in the past. Beating seniors has become a household affair these days. We have to watch these incidents helplessly. A few boys have gagged our mouths

We cannot console ourselves anyway, when we see the students of 27-28-29-batches being severely beaten by those of 32-33 batches in the name of politics. How can we pacify ourselves? Please restore our dignity.
