A partial committee of Dhaka University unit with five members, including its president, secretary and organising secretary, was also announced simultaneously.

The partial central committee, including its president and secretary was announced on January 1 this year. Azizul Bari Helal and Shafiul Bari Babu were made president and secretary.

Abudl Kader Bhuyian Jewel was made organising secretary of the central committee while Dulal Hossain publicity secretary, Sultan Salahuddin Tuku senior vice-president and Amirul Islam Alim first joint secretary.

Meanwhile, Hasan Mamun and Saiful Islam Firoz were named as president and secretary of Dhaka University JCD unit. Obaidul Haque Nasir was made organising secretary of the DU unit.

The names of 96 members of the 101-member JCD committee were announced yesterday. The rest of the names will be announced later on.
