Birdem trains 33 endoscopic surgeons

A six-day workshop for endoscopic surgeons ended Saturday, at Birdem Hospital auditorium, says a press release.Professor Wahiduddin Ahmed, President of Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (DAB), handed over certificates to the 33 endoscopic surgeons. Minimally Invasive Surgery Centre (MISC) of Birdem Surgery Department organised the workshop with the objective to build up skilled endoscopic surgeons in the country. Professor Humayun Kabir, Profssor MA Quasem, Professor Motiur Rahman, Professor TA Chowdhury and Professor Mirza Mazharul Islam addressed the certificate giving ceremony.
