Huda blames AL for political instability

Communications Minister Nazmul Huda yesterday blamed the main opposition Awami League for provoking chaos and political instability by creating varied issues.

"They (AL) want to cripple the national economy and make Bangladesh a satellite state of a neighbouring country," he told a public meeting at Dohar, organised by the local BNP.

Huda said that Awami League is implementing a blueprint by pursuing the politics of hartal and destruction to make Bangladesh dependent on others.

A big challenge is ahead of BNP to uphold democracy and the base of development in the country, he said.

He urged the people to re-elect the BNP-led four-party alliance to combat hartal, terrorism and anti-state conspiracy.
