Women's kabaddi coming back

Women's kabaddi is going to make a comeback after two decades when the ladies' league starts on May 19.

Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation (BKF) is organising the meet as part of the process of selecting the national women's team for the first Asian Kabaddi Championship to be held from July 8 to 10 in Hyderabad, India.

Five teams -- Bangladesh Ansar, Azad Sporting Club, Dhaka District, BJMC and Village Defence Party -- will contest in a single league format.
