Women's handball


Usha Krira Chakra stayed alive in the Tibet Women's Handball League when they ended their Super Three campaign with a comprehensive 43-30 win over Arambagh Krira Sangha at the Bangabandhu National Stadium handball court yesterday.

Usha, who lost to Mariner the previous day, led the first half 22-15. Bulu netted 17 goals for the winners and was adjudged player-of-the-match.

Neighbours Mariner and Arambagh meet in the last match of the Super Three today.
