Brutal murder of Brazilian booter

A Brazilian footballer was shot repeatedly in the head and then dumped in the boot of his car in the north of Rio de Janeiro, police said here on Monday. The 27-year-old Neguete, who has played for Brazilian clubs Atletico Mineiro, Gremio and Botafogo, was killed on Sunday as he left a concert, the police added. According to initial inquiries, Neguete was killed by drug dealers.
