Former Somerset captain Peter Roebuck, now a cricket correspondent in Australia, has raised doubts whether Flintoff's action is legal.

But Flintoff, 27, insists he is focused solely on the Ashes series this summer.

"I'm really not interested," Flintoff told BBC Radio Five Live on Friday.

"I saw a piece in the paper but he's got no effect on my life so it's taken with a pinch of salt.

"It's just the hype coming up to the Ashes, you get people coming out of the woodwork and saying all types of different things, it's not something that is going to worry me."
