Jalil goes to Kolkata for check-up

Awami League General Secretary Abdul Jalil MP left Dhaka yesterday for Kolkata for his regular health check- up.He is expected to return home tomorrow, says a party press release. Joint Secretary Obidul Kader will act as acting general secretary of the party during Jalil's absence.
