Citibank NA opens new office at US Embassy
Citibank NA yesterday opened a new office at the US Embassy in Dhaka to meet the increasing banking needs of customers on the embassy premises.Riaz Rahman, adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was the chief guest at the inaugural function of the new office. Harry K Thomas, US ambassador in Dhaka, N Scot Einhorn, United States disbursing officer based in Thailand, and Mamun Rashid, Citigroup country officer- Bangladesh, were also present at the function. The new office is also equipped with an ATM, says a press release.
