Hartal call

Once again the AL Secretary General called a hartal. If he did not call it, somebody else of AL's various wings would have done it. The budget was however passed and it's just a tradition to call a hartal on that day, just like bringing out two processions on the day the budget is presented, one supporting it and the other condemning it.I write this letter to ask Mr Jalil a simple question. Did he ask his employees at the Premier Bank to refrain from attending their duties?
