July 06, 2005       Culture Lalan and Lalshalu to participate in Indian Film Festival Lalan and Lalshalu, directed by renowned film maker Tanvir Mokammel has been invited to the 10th Trivandram International Film Festival to be held from July 29-August 4, says a press release. Lalan will be screened in the Asian Films section and Lalshalu will be screened in the World Films section. Trivandram International Film Festival is the most significant film festival held in India. Lalan had been screened at film festivals held in London, Fufuoka and Goa and eight National Award winner Lalshalu has been screened at film festivals in London, Rotterdam, Belgium, South Korea, Montreal, Vancouver, Rome, Fufuoka and Delhi.A scene from Lalan is seen in the photograph.
