Sohel Chowdhury alias Bablu Mia, resident of Daudpur village in South Surma, died on the spot at about 4:15pm when a truck hit the motorcycle carrying him.

The driver along with his vehicle managed escape.

South Surma thana police recovered the body and handed it over to victim's family.
