Rice in China to talk North Korean nuke

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Beijing yesterday for the first leg of a four-nation Asian tour expected to be dominated by efforts to coax North Korea back to nuclear crisis talks. Rice, who is scheduled to hold talks with Chinese leaders on Sunday, will also visit Thailand, Japan and South Korea. This is her second trip to Asia in just more than three months.
