President, PM greet French counterparts

President Iajuddin Ahmed and Prime Minister Khaleda Zia yesterday greeted French President Jacques Chirac and Prime Minister Dominique De Villepin on the occasion of the National Day of France. President Iajuddin, in a message to the French President, expressed his hope that the existing bonds of friendship and mutual cooperation between the two countries would further be developed in the years ahead. In a separate message to her French counterpart, Khaleda expressed her great pleasure and heartiest felicitations to the Prime Minister and the people of France.
