Scholastica donation for cancer hospital
Yasmin Murshed, chairperson of Scholastica, a leading English medium school, handed over a cheque for Tk 60,000 for the Ahsania Mission Cancer Hospital (AMCH) at the Academic Achievement Award Ceremony at the STM Hall of the school at Uttara in the city on July 11, says a press release.Dhaka Ahsania Mission President and Chief Executive Kazi Rafiqul Alam received the cheque. The students collected the money in the last Boishakhi Mela held on the school premises. Students, faculty and management of Scholastica and the community service club of the school raise funds on different occasions with a view to helping the needy and charitable purposes.
