AKTEL deal

I have been an AKTEL sim user for more than 18 months now. Although the service provided by AKTEL is decent, there is one aspect which I am sure the company is well aware of but doing nothing about it, since all they want us is to refill. If customers do not have any credit left they expect to receive calls as long as they have validity. However, this is where AKTEL has done something and now if you don't have credit then you can't receive calls. They should do something positive about it for the benefit of the customers.
