Siddiqua Kabir's Recipe scores a century

Siddiqua Kabir's Recipe, a popular cookery show on ntv, is set to reach its 100th episode today and will be telecast at 8.25pm. This episode has distinctive features: its duration of 45 minutes instead of the original 22 minutes and a direct participation of the audience. In the programme Sara Zaker, director of the programme, will distribute prizes among the winners of Amar Shrestho Recipe.

Talking about the TV show, Siddiqa said, "We often invite the spectators and try their recipes as well. At times we invite a few journalists and stars from the cultural field to join in and prepare newer varieties at the show. The varied taste and scrumptious meals make it even more interesting."

The programme, jointly directed by Sara Zaker and Abdullah Rana, has quickly won appreciation. Siddiqua Kabir's easy to comprehend recipes, the spontaneous presentation of Sharmin Lucky and good planning have contributed to the programme's success.
