Ezzeldin Heikal, chief financial officer of banglalink, inaugurated the new centre at a function at Lalkhan Bazar Ispahani intersection in the port city.

The new centre is a one-stop service point that will cover the full range of GSM solution from banglalink including answering customer queries, address billing and payments, SIM replacements, ownership change, address change and package upgradation and international roaming, banglalink officials told the press after the inauguration.
