DU natants in the lead
BDNEWS, Dhaka
Hosts Dhaka University were leading the medals table with six gold, two silver and one bronze medals on the opening day of the inter-university swimming championship yesterday. The DU earned gold medals in the 100m butterfly, 4x100m relay, 50m freestyle, 1500m freestyle, 200m butterfly and 4x100m medley relay. Rajshahi University followed them with two gold, two silver and three bronze medals. The RU earned gold medals in the 100m freestyle and 100m breaststroke. Islamic University earned their only gold in the 200m backstroke.
