Vietnam Cultural Week begins September 1

Vietnam Cultural Week-2005 begins in the city on September 1 on the occasion of the 60th founding anniversary of Vietnam.A 14-member cultural delegation of Vietnam arrives here on September 1 to participate in the week to be held under the Bangladesh-Vietnam Cultural Exchange Programme, an official press release said. The team will take part in three cultural functions in Dhaka and Chittagong. Besides, a photo exhibition titled 'Smiles of Vietnam' will be held at the National Museum here from September 2-8. The delegation will visit different institutions of cultural heritage, including the National Museum.
